5 Things I learned from Watching Watchmen

5. Lesbians are Taboo In the graphic novel there is a constant reference to lesbians, which is completely ignored by the movie.  There is not only the lesbian superhero, Silhouette, but also throughout the cgraphic novel there is a “ebb and flow” of lesbian conversation around the news stand. The graphic novel reader by the news stand gets a cameo, but hark not a whisper of lesbian conversation makes the movie. Such a shame, lets hope the director’s cut has the little lesbian cat fight.
