Michael Dixon, a British journalist based in Brussels, disappeared while on vacation in Costa Rica. He was reportedly last seen leaving his hotel walking toward Playa Tamarindo on October 19th. His hotel room was found undisturbed, all of his belongings accounted for. Missing – Michael George Dixon was reportedly last seen at the Villas Macondo Hotel in Tamarindo, Costa Rica on Monday, 19 October, 2009. The Hotel reports Michael arriving on Sunday, 18 October, during the afternoon; he checked-in and said that he would stay one day.
