Vimeo is now available on the Roku media player; this will be the Roku’s 50th public channel. The Roku channel limitation is currently set at 40; which means if you have been adding private and public channels as they are made available you could be looking at removing over 15+ channels to watch Vimeo.
Currently only the most popular videos are available and users can link their account for viewing of their own content. There’s also a convenient “Watch Later” queue system to easily build-up a playlist.

To add a private channel all you have to do is put the code into your Roku Account online and then restart your Roku at home, the channel will be available to utilize.

Final Thoughts
Cable and Satellite television is getting more expensive with content you can’t control. Going for simple solutions is best. Netflix has a growing catalog for mailing and instant watching. What is next for Roku? I would love to see a browser.
