What makes this a pick. I am not an Orpah fan, but someone in your family is a fanatic follower of Oprah. In my family is my Mother. This is a great way to introduce someone, who has never picked up a comic book, to this media format. You mom just might be a fan, and she is not alone.
It is not a comic book, more like a picture book telling a story. Oprah doesn’t have super powers, there is no villain nor is there any hero actions by Oprah. This is just a biography in comic form, it is all about her life leading to the the number one talk show, out beating Phil Donahue and her “Big Give Away Show”.
Best Bit : Watching her weight and hair change through the years.
