Yahoo and Microsoft are merging for 10 years. Microsoft gets the Yahoo portal, users, affiliates sites, and search volume. Yahoo gets Bing. Basically, Microsoft spent all this money on a search engine, called Bing, but no one is using it. Microsoft’s solution is get the Yahoo loyalists.
