The 9/11 attack, by religious extremist al-Qaeda, on the United States economy has succeeded in its mission. The United States through the constant propaganda by the Bush Administration of buy, buy, buy and to ‘hit the mall’ has unveiled itmself as another element for the success of al-Qaeda but the United States will feel the effects for generations.
United States failed to maintain Capitalism and a Republic Democracy. The United States has officially moved towards Socialism with Plutocracy.
Socialism
Any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods
Plutocracy
Government by the wealthy
The 9/11 attack did not target churches, schools, nightclubs, or entertainment sources, the targets were governments and market sources. It was about crippling the United States economic dominance and power. Well, with the help of the Bush Administration . . . al-Qaeda succeeded!
Al-Qaeda is now laughing and beaming with pride and excited while watching the slow death of the United States “fundamentals” and greed. The Bush Administration reaction to 9/11 is exactly the reaction al-Qaeda was hoping, to be greedy. Now with a snicker al-Qaeda watches from his villa, success.
What the United States needs to do . . .
Stop Exporting
The United States exports (per year) more than $80 billion dollars of material, which most returns to the United States as processed food, clothing and other products. This means that the United States exports for processing. Why won’t the United States process their own materials?

Job Creation
If the United States stops exporting material for processing and process domestically. This will automatically create jobs.
Local Law Requirements
The United States need to pass laws that not only create jobs, create a local economy, but also brings back the “American Dream”.
- Location Requirement Law : Any process, refining, production or packaging materials must be completed within 100 miles of the product location.
- State Transportation Tariff Law : Any product crossing state lines must pay a travel tariff, the further a product travels the more it will cost. Each state will be responsible for their import tariff and can negotiate a different price for bordering states.
- Miles Disclosure Labeling Law : All products must have the Country/State Abbreviations of the original location of original product, processing plant location and an “IT” or “DO” (International or Domestic) label.
International Penalty
- The penalty for outsourcing will be based not on a flat fee, percentage or taxes. The penalty will be based on per worker. The fee will be the difference between the average wage United States worker (in equivalent field) minus the average pay wage of international worker (in equivalent field) plus import tax per hour worked.
- Import taxes based on destination. If the product goes across any state the above State Transportation Tariff Law (above), per state, is added on to the import tariff
The United States needs to build from the local up to national. The United States has gotten too national and boxed stores. Did you know that you never need to step into a Walgreens, Walmart, fast food restaurant, Kmarts, or any other franchise. The economy is about “Mom & Pop” stores, pharmacies, groceries, and local products. The United States economy is NOT about national products that travel hundreds or thousands of miles.
Live, Eat, Buy Locally
If you can’t get it locally do you really need it? The process of a lifestyle change has to start with a simple question . . . what is important to you? What kind of life do you want? If you have children the only investment should be shoes while the rest of the clothes should be from thrift stores.
If you need a computer don’t spend money for a XP or Apple machine think about OpenSource (Ubuntu) or Linux. It cost less.
If you want to invest and build a portfolio invest in local mutual funds, state funds or even your local city funds. You invest where you live, the returns are more consistent and not relying on any national interest rate.
Stop going to the Mall.
Carpool, public transportation, walk, or bike. Those in less milder weather (rain, snow, sleet) think about a four day work week, telecommuting, going to one income (take this quiz) or even taking a job close to home (walking distance preferred) or telecommuting position.
The best form of economy is self sustaining, and the most powerful is a strong local economy.

It might not have been the intended results of the Bush Administration, but the effect are quite real. The greed of the United States will be the demise. Conspirama
