NPR has put up a map (NPR: 2008 Election Map Obama vs McCain) that is not only National data but includes local affiliate data, and Obama will lose. So, why is the DNC not supporting Clinton?
I first heard about the maps on Bryant Park Project (BPP) which is a new format that I really enjoy. When the BPP hosts were talking about the maps I was in a little disbelief. Here is NPR telling me that if Obama is the DNC nomination then McCain will be president. Listen to NPR with my Sirius Radio I couldn’t wait to get home to check out the map. Try to cypher through the data and say it isn’t true.
I mean to me the NPR has always been a voice of reasoning and has been beyond the spin zone and the left voice influence. And when the Republicans were in office the budget for PBS and NPR are always in danger of being eliminated through sly and midnight votes to cut the budgets of Public Broadcasting.
With both candidates without a majority of delegates, there is no clear cut winner. Obama might be closer, but he will end up loosing the Presidential election. Why are we taking the change. So, why isn’t the DNC asking Obama to resign?
Is the DNC such filled with ‘Obama Hope’ that it creates a political blindness? I just think it simple greed, Obama has more money. So, then put him on the ticket Clinton/Obama ticket. Anything less is a vote for McCain.
