Party Coming to the White House

Captain Morgan, famous for legendary times, is taking the election by storm as he announced today his candidacy for President of the United States of America. Loved for his spirit of fun and adventure, the Captain’s newly created Legendary Party is focused on “putting the party back in politics.” The party icon will spice up the 2008 Democratic and Republican National Conventions accompanied by his eye-popping crew of Morganettes.

“As the leader of the Legendary Party, I believe we need to reach across the aisles — and clubs and bars — and have more fun,” said Captain Morgan the presumptive candidate. “It is my charge to liven up both conventions and shake up the competition.”

THE ECONOMY:

The Captain feels nothing keeps the party going like a well rested workforce, so he’s calling for five day weekends and two day work weeks.

ENVIRONMENT:

While the Captain is all for Green issues, he’d like to ensure the party stays hot, hot, hot and add a little spice to clubs across America.

TRANSPORTATION:

The Captain wants to keep citizens safe by asking his fellow Americans to be sure to think ahead and get a safe ride home.

It has been confirmed that unlike the front running candidates, Captain Morgan will announce his wingman after the conventions. Speculation has been rampant that the Captain will once again select Cola as his loyal sidekick.

“Right now I still haven’t decided who to work the crowd with,” said Captain Morgan. “I’m looking for somebody who wants to have a good time all the time, and knows how to keep the party going all night long.”
